Laser Tools 9090 Fork Cap Socket - BMW DDC
Specially designed to fit the fork caps found on the DDC forks fitted with electronic control. The socket is designed to fit on 7 of the 8 flats on the fork cap. Equipped with a 21mm wiring slot to allow the socket to fit snugly over the fork control wiring harness.
- Applications include: BMW S1000RR DDC fork cap (8 flats type).
- Width across flats = 49mm, 21mm wiring loom slot.
- Machined from POM (Acetal) engineering plastic for strength with non-marring properties.
- Use with 1/2"D socketry or 27mm ring spanner. Not suitable for impact use.
- NOTE: Always loosen the top yoke (triple trees) fork tube clamps before attempting to loosen the cap.
